To pay for your booking, please select \"pay online\" instead of \"pay on site\" during the booking process. The payment will then be forwarded to us by the booking portal, and you will only receive the invoice marked as paid on site. Should any problems arise, please contact us \u2014 we will resolve them as quickly as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can I arrive earlier?<\/strong><br \/>As check-out is possible until 11:30 a.m., our staff need the time until the guaranteed check-in time of 2:00 p.m. to prepare the rooms. An earlier check-in may be possible if needed. Please call us around 10 a.m. to arrange this.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can I check out later?<\/strong><br \/>Unfortunately not, as subsequent guests can arrive from 2:00 p.m.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How can I arrive later than 8 p.m.?<\/strong><br \/>Please let the reception know your desired arrival time. We will then provide you with the information for later access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>I am leaving before 8:00 a.m. tomorrow and have not yet paid for my stay.<\/strong><br \/>The easiest is to pay on arrival or the evening before departure by 8 p.m. From 6 a.m. please contact our breakfast staff, who will be there preparing breakfast. The kitchen door is at the back of the hotel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>I left personal items in the room \u2014 how do I get them back?<\/strong><br \/>All forgotten items are handed in to reception by our cleaning staff and stored there. Please contact us. Our breakfast buffet is not designed for special dietary requirements, but we will do our best to accommodate you if informed in good time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dogs:<\/strong> Like us, you are surely the biggest dog lovers too, and so you are welcome to bring your darlings along.
