Dear website visitors and hotel guests! By booking online at www.zumritter.de , as well as by booking directly — by phone, email or WhatsApp — you agree to our general terms and conditions and our Privacy policy .

Booking options

Please note that booking conditions may vary depending on the option selected (e.g. direct booking is cheaper than booking through a platform).

To make a booking, you must provide your current first and last name, address and telephone number. If you do not provide the data or provide incorrect data, the service may be refused.

Arrival and departure

Check-in: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (after 8:00 p.m. by arrangement).

Check-out: by 11:30 a.m.

Breakfast hours

  • Monday–Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
  • Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
  • Sunday and public holidays: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation

Free cancellation: 1–2 days before arrival. From 5 rooms, a partial cancellation (50 % of the reserved rooms) applies up to 3 days before arrival. Full cancellation: 2–4 weeks before arrival.

Please note that reception is only staffed until 8:00 p.m. For a late arrival, please contact us in advance. For arrivals after 8:00 p.m. without prior arrangement, a surcharge of € 15 applies.

Pets and smoking

Dogs are allowed, free of charge.

Unfortunately, cats are not allowed.

No smoking in the hotel.
